2. Our Response

• Promptly investigate the claim
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content (where applicable)
• Terminate repeat infringers' accounts in accordance with our Terms of Use

3. Counter Notification

If you believe that content you posted on Reviewly.com was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address
• The URL or sufficient information to identify the material that was removed or disabled
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of your country or region, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Reviewly.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We are not responsible for content posted by users of the Platform. However, we will promptly respond to properly submitted DMCA notices in accordance with applicable laws.
